Computer Accounts for LISHEP 2004

By the time you read this page you should already have received e-mails containing the username and password of the LISHEP account set for you. Keep in mind that, due to safety reasons, this will be a two step procedure, with password being sent in a second message, after username has been sent first. 
Please, log in to

dfnae.fis.uerj.br

as soon as possible and change your password, using the command yppasswd (passwd does not work).  You will need to have a secure conection (ssh) to log in. You can change your shell flavour, if you wish, by using the command ypchsh. Available flavours are /bin/csh, /bin/tcsh and /bin/sh. 

Your LISHEP account will be active until March 15th.

Take your time to upload in advance all the files you might need when you are in Rio and make your life easier!
